Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
*Please Note: Customized Jerseys make take up to 4-6 weeks for production, along with an additional 5-10 business days for shipment once the Jersey is produced.*
We are not offering curbside pickup.
In-store Purchases
- Items purchased at the Paycom Center team store must be returned or exchanged there.
Online Purchases
- Purchases made online at NBATHUNDERSHOP.COM may be returned by mail. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. All returns are issued as a credit back to the original form of payment. The Thunder Shop does not issue returns in the form of cash or check for any orders placed on the online store.

International Orders

- The Oklahoma City Thunder Shop wants you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. You have up to 30 days after the purchase (or delivery if ordered online or by phone) to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return Exceptions
- Merchandise marked as Final Sale, customized products, monogrammed, special order, and autographed collectibles cannot be returned.
- Software and other electronic media products (such as videos, CDs, video games, etc.) may not be returned once opened.
- Unauthorized returns will be returned to the purchaser if the return policy is not followed.

To help protect our customers, we cannot accept any payment information over the phone. Therefore, we do not allow orders to be placed over the phone.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

Your method of payment may need to be re-authorized if changes are made to your order, so please have it ready. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment authorization to be released from your credit or debit card.
The following items cannot be modified or canceled:
- Payment method
- Billing information
- Items produced by a third-party vendor
- Customized items. All sales are final on customized merchandise. These items cannot be edited, canceled, or returned once submitted unless the item is defective or was fulfilled incorrectly.
- Autographed collectibles

Reasons for cancellation or delays may also include, but not limited to:
- The address provided does not match payment information.
- The item(s) quantities placed exceed inventory levels.
- The item(s) are no longer available.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Many items can be shipped to any of the 50 states, APO/FPO addresses and select international destinations.
Shipping costs are determined by the number of items, size, weight, your selected shipping method, and delivery address.
During the checkout process, your shopping cart will show you the estimated shipping cost based on the shipping method available for your purchase. If you live outside of the United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Some items may require additional processing time. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays

Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to the customer regarding any address issues. Once the package is returned to us, please allow 5-10 business days to reship.

This means one of two things:
- It is being processed currently, or USPS missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. Tracking will be updated as soon as USPS scans the shipment.
- If it does not update for multiple days, please call our customer service line at 405.605.4306 or contact us at support@okcthunder.com to locate your package.

If the tracking on your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please check the immediate area, including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. It can take up to 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 5-10 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

If you paid for your order with a gift card, the return would be refunded back to the original gift card.
